ISSUES OF DEVELOPING DEPOSIT OPERATIONS IN COMMERCIAL BANKS

This article analyzes the main factors influencing the development of deposit operations in
commercial banks. The study examines issues related to ensuring the stability of the deposit base in the
banking system and attracting the free financial resources of households and business entities to banks. In
addition, economic, financial, institutional, and digital banking service factors affecting deposit operations are
evaluated. The article also provides scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at improving
deposit policy, increasing customer confidence, and diversifying the deposit portfolio in commercial banks.
