This article analyzes the economic role of renewable energy sources in the development of a
green economy in Uzbekistan. The economic and environmental benefits of using renewable energy sources
such as solar, wind and hydropower are highlighted. The paper also examines current reforms and future
prospects for the development of renewable energy in the country.
