Abstract

This article examines the essence of the attractiveness of the investment climate and explores internationally recognized theories and indices that assess investment potential. It presents economists' perspectives on enhancing investment attractiveness to attract foreign investment. The article also analyzes the methods used to determine the investment flows in developed countries, highlighting both the negative and positive factors influencing investment attractiveness. Furthermore, it outlines the necessary mechanisms for attracting foreign investment, along with scientific conclusions and recommendations aimed at increasing investment attractiveness.
