This article examines the issues of effective investment management in the context of
transformation processes. It analyzes modern approaches to organizing investment activities during economic
reforms, improving management mechanisms, and identifying priority areas of investment policy. In addition,
the article examines the impact of the digital economy, innovative technologies, and public-private partnership
mechanisms on investment processes. The study develops proposals and recommendations aimed at improving
the investment climate, reducing investment risks, and ensuring the efficient management of capital flows. The
results of the research are directed toward further activating investment processes and ensuring sustainable
economic growth in the country.
