Abstract

This article presents a statistical analysis of the effectiveness of using biological agents in plant
protection, with particular attention to discrepancies between the planned quantities and actual distribution of these agents
across agricultural fields. The study examines the application of entomophagous biological products, such as Oltinko‘z,
Trichogramma, and Bracon, in wheat and cotton fields during the 2024 harvest season in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Differences between planned and actual implementation levels are identified based on such indicators as the number of
biolaboratories, the number of farms, the quantity of biological products, and their distribution density across fields. The
article also examines the ecological and economic benefits of biological protection measures and proposes statistical
approaches for assessing their impact on crop productivity.
