IMPROVING THE MECHANISM FOR ENHANCING THE POTENTIAL OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the mechanisms for improving the economic potential of oil and gas
industry enterprises in Uzbekistan. The study explores the role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy
and analyzes the factors influencing investment activity, production efficiency, and the financial sustainability
of enterprises. Based on an analysis of international experience and contemporary scientific approaches, the
priority directions for enhancing the economic potential of oil and gas enterprises are identified. The findings
indicate that improving investment policy, introducing innovative technologies, strengthening corporate
governance, and accelerating digital transformation significantly contribute to enhancing competitiveness and
ensuring the sustainable development of the oil and gas industry.
