of hotel services and the practical aspects of service diversification. The study examines statistical data and hotel
performance indicators for the years 2020–2025. Based on the analysis, the main problems affecting service quality have
been identified. The author has developed practical recommendations for improving management mechanisms based on
international standards. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the proposed comprehensive approach to managing
hotel service diversification. The results obtained contribute to increasing the competitiveness of hotels and promoting
the sustainable development of the tourism sector.
