ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF DIGITAL SERVICES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM

This article examines the transformation of management and service delivery in higher
education institutions and highlights modern trends in improving their activities. The study is based on
institutional changes observed in the higher education system of Uzbekistan during 2021–2025, including the
expansion of student coverage and the current level of implementation of reforms. The article also analyzes
the transition processes of higher education institutions from a traditional management model to a digital, datadriven,
and results-oriented management system. According to the research findings, digital transformation is
considered an important factor in improving the quality of service delivery, increasing management efficiency,
and optimizing educational services. At the same time, issues such as insufficient digital competencies among
staff and the incomplete formation of integrated management systems were identified. The article outlines
scientific and practical proposals for addressing these issues.
