This article examines international experience in supporting small business entities and the
opportunities for applying this experience under current economic conditions. In particular, the institutional,
financial, innovation-related, and infrastructural support mechanisms aimed at developing small businesses
in the United States, European Union countries, Germany, Japan, and South Korea are analyzed. Based on
the research findings, priority areas for adapting advanced foreign practices to the conditions of Uzbekistan,
particularly the Namangan Region, are substantiated. Scientific and practical recommendations are developed
to enhance the competitiveness of small business entities, expand access to financial resources, stimulate
innovative activity, and improve entrepreneurial infrastructure
