This article examines the evolution of production management models in the textile industry. It
analyzes the development of classical management approaches, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management
(TQM), Just-in-Time (JIT), Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 concepts. The study emphasizes the role of digital
technologies in improving the efficiency of production management and strengthening the competitiveness of
textile enterprises.
