This article examines the uneven impact of digital technologies on poverty. In some cases,
the “digital divide” means that low-income groups cannot fully benefit from these opportunities, which may
further exacerbate social inequality. Therefore, the article provides suggestions and recommendations on
the importance of ensuring inclusiveness when introducing digital technologies, particularly by creating equal
opportunities for all segments of the population.
