The sustainable development of railway industrial enterprises requires the implementation of
integrated organizational and economic mechanisms capable of enhancing production efficiency, innovation
capacity, and competitiveness under the conditions of digital transformation and economic modernization.
This study proposes a conceptual model of an integrated organizational and economic mechanism for the
development of railway industrial enterprises based on a systems approach. The proposed model combines
organizational, economic, technological, institutional, and managerial components into a unified framework
that supports strategic decision-making and effective resource management. The research identifies the key
factors influencing enterprise development, including digital technologies, investment policies, innovation
management, human capital development, production modernization, and stakeholder integration. The
conceptual model is designed to improve operational performance, optimize production processes, strengthen
inter-enterprise cooperation, and ensure long-term sustainable growth. The findings provide a theoretical and
methodological foundation for improving the management system of railway industrial enterprises and may
serve as a basis for developing practical strategies aimed at increasing the efficiency and competitiveness
of the railway industry
