Abstract

This article provides a systematic analysis of the existing economic mechanisms for the efficient
utilization of alternative energy resources in Uzbekistan’s energy industry and substantiates the priority directions
for their improvement. The study evaluates the interrelationships among investment, financial, institutional, and
market factors influencing the development of renewable energy sources. Furthermore, it proposes scientific and
practical recommendations aimed at assessing alternative energy projects based on comprehensive economic
efficiency, introducing differentiated incentive mechanisms, ensuring the rational utilization of regional resource
potential, increasing the level of localization, and implementing a digital monitoring system.
