This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the socio-economic development indicators
and population welfare in Surkhandarya Region. It examines the dynamics of gross regional product, investment,
industrial and agricultural output, employment, income, and poverty, and develops recommendations for
strengthening regional development and improving population welfare.
