The theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of improving digital
transformation mechanisms in the strategic management of modern payment systems are examined through a
comprehensive scientific approach. The impact of digital transformation on the functioning of payment systems
is assessed from a strategic management perspective, while the integration of digital infrastructure, data-driven
management, intelligent analytics tools, automated management technologies, and platform-based ecosystems
is considered an important factor in enhancing payment system efficiency. In addition, the organizational and
economic advantages of applying artificial intelligence, big data, cloud technologies, open API architecture,
biometric authentication, and digital identification systems in strategic management processes are analyzed.
Particular attention is given to their role in enhancing operational efficiency and service quality, strengthening
cyber resilience, and developing a customer-oriented management model
