The improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for family business management
through innovative approaches is examined using the Andijan region of Uzbekistan as a case study. The role of
family enterprises in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, their development dynamics, the contribution of
small businesses to gross regional product, their participation in the service sector and exports, and the main
organizational and economic factors affecting their performance are analyzed. Based on statistical analysis,
the need to integrate institutional, digital, financial, marketing, and human capital-based mechanisms into
the management system of family enterprises is substantiated. An innovative organizational and economic
mechanism based on the principle of “innovative management – digitalization – financial support – market
integration – performance assessment” is proposed. To assess the effectiveness of this mechanism, indicators
such as innovation activity, the level of digitalization, labor productivity, profitability, export activity, and market
diversification are recommended. The proposed approach can contribute to enhancing the competitiveness,
sustainability, and long-term development of family enterprises in the Andijan region
