ECONOMETRIC ASSESSMENT OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DETERMINANTS OF GROSS REGIONAL PRODUCT PER CAPITA IN UZBEKISTAN

This study empirically examines the statistical relationship between gross regional product
(GRP) per capita and selected socio-economic factors in Uzbekistan. The analysis is based on annual data
for 2012–2024 obtained from the Integrated System of Statistical Information (SIAT) of the National Statistics
Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The dependent variable is specified as the natural logarithm of
GRP per capita, while the explanatory variables include the natural logarithm of fixed capital investment per
capita, the employment rate, and preschool education coverage among children aged 3–6
