METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF DIGITAL SERVICES FOR BUSINESS ENTITIES
DOI:
https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22078961Abstract
This study examines methodological approaches to improving the efficiency of digital
services provided to business entities in the context of the digital economy. The research focuses on the
application of the principles of systematicity, flexibility, data-driven management, real-time monitoring, and
user orientation to enhance the quality, accessibility, and economic efficiency of digital services. Particular
attention is paid to the integration of artificial intelligence, analytical systems, and KPI-based performance
evaluation mechanisms into digital service management. A methodological algorithm is proposed that
includes user authentication, service selection, database-based service identification, self-assessment,
document auditing, calculation of the Digital Readiness Index (DRI) and the Service Complexity Index
(SCI), decision-making, and real-time performance monitoring. The proposed approach also provides
for integration with the My.gov.uz system when the level of digital readiness exceeds the established
threshold. The findings demonstrate that the integration of data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital
readiness assessment, and continuous monitoring can contribute to optimizing service delivery processes,
reducing operational costs, improving service quality, and enhancing the economic performance of
business entities. The proposed methodological approach can serve as a basis for developing strategies
for the further digital transformation of services and improving interaction between business entities and
public institutions
