The study investigates the determinants of export market diversification and regional export
performance in the Khorezm Region during 2010–2024. Export diversification is used as the dependent variable,
while the effects of industrial production capacity, digital marketing development, logistics infrastructure, foreign
direct investment, trade openness, human capital, and innovation activity on regional export competitiveness
are assessed. To ensure the robustness of the empirical findings, the analysis employs cross-sectional
dependence tests, unit root analysis, Driscoll–Kraay standard errors, Feasible Generalized Least Squares
(FGLS), and Panel-Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE). The empirical results indicate that industrial production,
digital marketing development, logistics infrastructure, and innovation capacity have significant positive effects
on export diversification and international market expansion in the Khorezm Region. Human capital and foreign
direct investment also demonstrate positive and statistically significant effects, highlighting the importance
of knowledge-intensive production, technological modernization, and international integration. The findings
demonstrate the growing importance of structural transformation, digital trade capacity, and modern marketing
approaches in promoting export diversification and strengthening regional export competitiveness.
