DEVELOPING AN AI-BASED CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARLY APPROACHES

This article presents a systematic comparative analysis of national and international research on integrating artificial intelligence into continuing professional development for mid-level medical and pharmaceutical personnel. Documentary analysis, content coding, and criterion-based comparison were applied to nine dissertations and scholarly works. The findings reveal insufficient integration between predicting individual competency needs and optimizing training resources and costs. Accordingly, an integrated conceptual model linking a digital profile, needs prediction, an individual learning pathway, resource optimization, and economic efficiency is proposed, together with a set of evaluation indicators.Keywords
