Abstract

The article examines the main directions for increasing the efficiency of trade services through the development of e-commerce infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital trading platforms, electronic payment systems, digital logistics, customer service technologies, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital competencies in improving the efficiency of trade operations. The study analyzes the impact of e-commerce infrastructure on reducing transaction costs, accelerating business processes, expanding market coverage, improving service quality, and increasing customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis, an integrated approach to the development of e-commerce infrastructure is proposed, incorporating technological, organizational, financial, logistical, and institutional components.
