Abstract

The study examines the essence of labor discipline, its types and principles, as well as the methods and tools for ensuring and managing labor discipline. The specific features of maintaining labor discipline in Uzbekistan are identified. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations are developed regarding liability for violations of labor discipline and the resolution of labor disputes.
