PRIORITY DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MECHANISMS OF CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES UNDER DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The article examines the improvement of the corporate governance mechanisms of construction industry enterprises under the conditions of digital transformation. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that the introduction of digital tools does not in itself raise the quality of governance: an effect arises only when these tools are connected to the procedures for taking decisions. The author proposes a model of the impact of digital transformation on governance mechanisms through three channels — the information, control and decision channels — together with a matrix for selecting priority directions according to the expected effect and the complexity of implementation. Keywords
