MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING ALIGNMENT BETWEEN LABOUR MARKET DEMAND AND THE WORKFORCE TRAINING SYSTEM IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

This article investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring alignment between labor market demand and the personnel training system in the agricultural sector. It analyzes the need for new professional competencies emerging in the labor market as a result of modern development trends in the agricultural sector, digitalization, the introduction of innovative technologies, and the modernization of production processes. The article examines the alignment of personnel training in the agricultural sector with labor market requirements, the improvement of educational programs based on employers’ demands, the employment rates of graduates in agricultural fields, and wage levels across sectors. Proposals and recommendations are developed for the practical implementation of advanced international experience.Keywords
