The transition towards sustainable industrial development requires the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into industrial management and investment decisionmaking. At the same time, digital transformation creates new opportunities for enterprises to collect, process, monitor and disclose sustainability-related information. This study examines the role of digital transformation as a mechanism for integrating ESG principles into sustainable industrial development, with particular attention to the evolving institutional framework in Uzbekistan. The research is based on a conceptual and institutional analysis of contemporary approaches to green industrial development and the regulatory framework shaped, inter alia, by Resolution No. 221 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 4 May 2026. The study systematizes the relationship between digital technologies, green industrial transformation and ESG performance and develops a conceptual Digital–ESG Integration Framework. Keywords
