This article analyzes the management mechanisms for implementing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the governance systems of textile industry enterprises. A review of the international literature reveals that most existing research concentrates on the technical dimensions of AI adoption (quality control, computer vision, dyeing-process optimization), while the managerial and organizational mechanisms — the integration of AI into corporate strategy, financial control, and organizational structure — remain comparatively underexplored. This study addresses this gap by applying the Technology– Organization–Environment (TOE) framework to comparatively analyze international experience (the United States, China, Germany) and the Uzbekistan context, proposing a three-layer AI-based managementmechanism model (AI-MMM) for textile enterprises. The study follows an analytical-synthetic methodology grounded in secondary sources. Keywords
