Agile management and adaptive administrative mechanisms represent a rapidly evolving paradigm in modern public administration. At a time when increasing the operational efficiency of tax governance has become a global priority, establishing responsive management structures serves as an essential foundation for organizational performance. In recent years, Uzbekistan has also been implementing wide-ranging public administration reforms and digital transformation initiatives across tax authorities. This article empirically and statistically analyzes the prospects for adopting Agile management principles within the regional tax authorities of Uzbekistan, evaluating regional operational pressure, internal workforce readiness, and strategic transformation priorities. Keywords
