This article studies and analyzes the public procurement processes carried out by budgetary organizations,
including the attraction and expenditure of funds, the activities of public procurement control bodies, the electronic
organization of procurement, as well as the volume, structure, and financial results of public procurement. Based on the
information studied, relevant conclusions and proposals have been developed.
