Abstract

This article substantiates methodological approaches to assessing and managing the efficient utilisation of production resources in textile enterprises within the context of the green economy. A comprehensive system of indicators is proposed for assessing the efficiency of human resources, fixed assets, raw materials, and working capital. The Human Resource Efficiency Index (HREI) is proposed as an integrated measure of human resource efficiency, alongside a credit policy matrix for managing accounts receivable and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model for optimising raw material inventories. The proposed methodological approaches are intended to enhance the efficiency of production resource utilisation and support more effective, resource-efficient management in textile enterprises.
