Abstract

This study examines the methods of organizing and developing domestic tourism markets in Uzbekistan and
analyzes the main organizational and economic factors influencing their effectiveness and sustainability. The research
evaluates the role of domestic tourism in regional economic development, employment generation, infrastructure
improvement, and preservation of cultural heritage. Particular attention is paid to tourism infrastructure, digital transformation,
service quality, tourism product diversification, and integrated marketing strategies. The study also analyzes international
experience in the development of domestic tourism markets and identifies opportunities for adapting advanced practices
to the conditions of Uzbekistan. Based on the conducted analysis, practical recommendations aimed at improving tourism
infrastructure, strengthening digital technologies, expanding regional tourism opportunities, increasing marketing efficiency,
and enhancing cooperation among tourism stakeholders were developed. The findings of the research demonstrate that
effective organizational and economic mechanisms can significantly increase the competitiveness and sustainability of
domestic tourism markets and contribute to the long-term development of the tourism industry in Uzbekistan.
