This article presents a dynamic analysis of the main statistical indicators related to labor resources
in the Surxondaryo region. The study employs dynamic series indicators such as absolute change, growth rate,
and additional growth rate, which were calculated using both base and chain methods. The analysis examines
important economic indicators, including total population, labor resources, average wages, investment volume,
employment, and unemployment rates. Through dynamic analysis, the trends in labor market indicators over
time were identified, and their impact on the economic development of the region was assessed. The results
of the study serve as a basis for developing scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving
the efficiency of labor resource utilization, stimulating employment, ensuring stability in the labor market, and
supporting the socio-economic development of the region.
