METHODOLOGY AND WAYS OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF SMALL INDUSTRIAL ZONES

This paper analyzes the role of small industrial zones in economic development, as well
as modern methodological approaches to the effective organization and management of their activities.
The main focus is placed on the organizational and legal foundations of small industrial zones, existing
management challenges, and ways to address them. Based on international experience and analytical
approaches, proposals and recommendations for the development of small industrial zones are developed.
The study highlights the importance of such tools as public-private partnership, innovative management,
digital transformation, and logistics, and proposes effective management models that can be applied in the
context of Uzbekistan.
