THEORETICAL AND ECONOMIC FOUNDATIONS FOR ENHANCING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN GLOBAL MARKETS

This article examines the theoretical and economic foundations for enhancing the competitiveness
of agricultural products in global markets. The study analyzes the key determinants of agricultural
competitiveness, including product quality, the implementation of innovative technologies, the development of
logistics infrastructure, and compliance with international standards and certification requirements. Particular
attention is paid to strengthening export potential, diversifying export destinations, and expanding the production
of high-value-added agricultural goods.
The article also explores the role of innovation, efficient resource utilization, market-oriented production,
and institutional support in improving the position of agricultural products in international markets. Based on the
findings, scientific and practical recommendations are proposed to improve export performance, enhance the
competitiveness of agricultural producers, and ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural sector
amid global economic integration.
