Abstract

This article examines ways to develop fruit processing enterprises based on the cluster
system. It analyzes the scientific and practical experience of European countries, recent research on cluster
system development, modern cluster-based strategies for fruit processing enterprises, the European Union’s
development targets through 2030, new types of packaging materials used in European countries, and the
European Union’s largest research and innovation programme for 2021–2027. Based on the findings, the
study proposes scientifically grounded practical recommendations aimed at addressing existing challenges and
improving the development of fruit processing enterprises in the country.
