This article examines key aspects of implementing digital transformation in corporate governance,
including the application of digital and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the introduction of situational
control room systems, information security, and data integration. The study provides a comprehensive analysis
of how emerging digital technologies enhance managerial decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and
reduce structural inefficiencies in large-scale corporate environments.
