ISSUES OF FORMING AND EFFECTIVELY UTILIZING INVESTMENT RESOURCES IN FUEL AND ENERGY ENTERPRISES

This article examines the formation and efficient utilization of investment resources in fuel and
energy enterprises. The study analyzes the importance of investment in the energy sector at both the global
and national levels, examines the main sources of financing, and substantiates the need to diversify investment
mechanisms. Drawing on international experience and the specific conditions of Uzbekistan, the study develops
practical recommendations aimed at improving investment efficiency, reducing capital costs, and strengthening
energy security.
