A STUDY OF HOUSING STOCK MANAGEMENT ISSUES IN THE CONTEXT OF URBANIZATION BASED ON SWOT ANALYSIS

This article examines the institutional, organizational, technical, financial, and informationrelated
challenges arising in the housing stock management system under conditions of urbanization through
a comprehensive SWOT analysis. The study identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
affecting the sector and proposes scientific recommendations aimed at improving management efficiency,
strengthening digital governance, enhancing financing mechanisms for capital repairs, and supporting the
strategic development of the housing stock management system.
